1. Where does Livsarees ships its product to?

Livsarees ship its products to both domestic (Malaysia) and international. For international orders, only selected foreign countries can place their orders on this website and shipping charges will be incurred respectively.

In case your country is not listed in this website, you may WhatsApp to +60 16 664 1416 to place your order.

2. How much are the shipping fees?

Shipping fee is free for domestic (Peninsular Malaysia) delivery whereas shipping charges are incurred for East Malaysia and international deliveries.

For international deliveries, certain countries are enabled on this website for deliveries and the shipping charges will be shown during checkout once your address have been entered. 

For countries that are not available on this website, orders need to be placed manually and the shipping charges will be advised by our customer service via Whatsapp at +60 16 664 1416.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

3. How long does the delivery takes for domestic and international shipping?

Domestic delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.

International delivery can take up to 10 working days depending on your destination and customs clearance. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local courier delays, or international shipping restrictions.

4. How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

Once an order is placed on this website, you will receive an email on the order confirmation along with the shipping tracking details.

For manually placed orders via WhatsApp, you can request for tracking details from our customer service via WhatsApp at +60 16 664 1416.

1. What is the return policy of Livsarees?

Returns can be made within 7 days after your order has been delivered to you. The return will only be accepted if all return conditions are met, and the product’s original condition, tags, and packaging are fully intact when received by us.

If the return conditions are not met, and the original condition, tags, or packaging of the product are not intact, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be reshipped back to you. The reshipping cost in such cases will be borne by the customer.

2. Under what conditions is the customer eligible for the return of product?

The customer is ELIGIBLE for return under any one of the following conditions:

• Product received has irreversible damage (e.g. tear, cuts, or irremovable stain).
• An incorrect product is received compared to the one that was ordered.

The customer is NOT ELIGIBLE for return under these conditions:

• Change of mind.
• Minor thread pulls.
• Slight irregularities in weave pattern.
• Slight colour variations (colour may differ slightly when viewed online due to photographic lighting or screen settings).

Important Note:
All returns will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our return policy before we proceed further. Livsarees reserves the right not to accept a return, even if the conditions above are met. Livsarees may also amend this return policy from time to time as and when required.

2. How do I return my order?

If you are eligible to return your order based on the conditions stated above, you may first notify our customer service via WhatsApp at +60 16 664 1416, or email us to admin@livfashions.com, with the details below:

• Description of issue
• Supporting image

Once confirmation to proceed the return have been received from our team, you may proceed to ship the item to the address below:

4. Will I receive a full refund on the order that I have returned?

If you have returned the item while fulfilling all our return conditions, we will first attempt to exchange the item for the same product, subject to availability of ready stock.

If the said item is not in stock, only then will we proceed to issue a refund for the returned item.

5. What is the exchange policy of Livsarees?

Livsarees offers exchanges only for the same product under the following conditions:

• The product received has irreversible damage (e.g. tear, cuts, or irremovable stain); or
• An incorrect product was sent.

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead. Exchanges are not allowed for:

• Change of mind.
• Minor thread pulls or slight irregularities in weave pattern.
• Colour variations due to lighting or display settings.

All exchange items must meet our return conditions — original tags, packaging, and product condition must be intact.
